This is the starter cup used on the Honda GX160 Engine. UT2, Its the same recoil on the 120/160 but the cup is different 120 is Z4H and 160 is thicker Z4M. This is the cup that you are allowed to cut down for USAC quarter midget racing for the 160 engine.
Here is the scoop: This cup is part of the rotating mass of the crank so you want it as heavy as possible. when you cut it leave as much weight on it as you can. You can cut them down in the lath. The 160 cup is not the same - it is thicker but it has the part number on the base of the cup so you cant use them. They are called out in the rule book.
