28451-z4h-003 Genuine Honda GX120 only Pull Starter Recoil Pulley Cup UT2 UT3
This is the starter cup used on the Honda GX120 Engine. UT2, UT3, This will work with stock recoil part number 28400-z4m-306zb red or black - its the same recoil on the 160 but the cup is different. This is the cup that you are allowed to cut down for USAC quarter midget racing for the 120 engine.
Here is the scoop: This cup is part of the rotating mass of the crank so you want it as heavy as possible. when you cut it leave as much weight on it as you can. You can cut them down in the lath. The 160 cup is not the same - it is thicker but it has the part number on the base of the cup so you cant use them. They are called out in the rule book.
